i WAS TRAVELING 1-40 INTO ARKANSAS JUT WEST OF THE BRIDGE AND WAS STOPPED GOING 72 IN A 59 MILE ZONE. THE 50 MPH IS NOT VERY EVIDENT AND ILLOGICAL. I WAS ON MY WAY TO CHURCH SUNDAY MORNING - A PREACHER! IT WAS MY NEXT TP LAST SUNDAY ON THAT JOB SO I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THAT WAY. I'D LIKE NOT TO HAVE IT OM MY RECORD.

Thanks for your question. My best advice here is to contact thenumber on the back of the ticket here and ask to take defensive driving. This is deferred adjudication meaning once you complete it they dismiss the ticket off your record. You can complete online as there are a number of these services. You may have to pay an administrative fee but it keeps it off your record here.
