Hello,
In my opinion , there may be possibility of Varicose veins (abnormally stretched or swollen veins that protrude from which can result in varicosities in the abdomen, buttocks,legs).

Firstly it is advised to avoid long hours of standing /sitting.
You should avoid wearing tight clothes and high heels.
You should eat high fibre rich diet and vitamin C containing fruits.

You need to be seen by a doctor for further evaluation and management.
