I lost my google acct. the other day, i forgot my user id & password, couldn't access my acct. opened a new acct. how can i get my old acct back

I don't know of a way to recover your User Name.
In terms of the password, try downloading the trial program at the link below.

OK....I understand.

The Internet link I put in the previious message will take you to a trial software program to help you recover your Google password.

Now..if it's only the password that you are missing, then Google should be able to help you recover it. To ask them to do that...CLICK HERE

Unfortunately, if you really cannot remember the User ID, you may be out of luck.
