Question
I owe my school money. I paid them the money in change as they did not specify. They did not accept the payment and have threatened to suspend me if I do not pay in a different way. Is there anything I can do?

By "change" do you mean a significant amount of small change (dimes, nickels, pennies)?
(If the amount of the change is significant there could be an issue of the time required by the school to count the money, which could impact the willingness to accept that form of payment.)
