I won the case the Attorney did not perform on. How to sue the Attorney for not doing his job.

Answer

If you won the case you would have no injury and not prevail against the attorney in a civil suit unless you argue you could have won more.

YOU DID NOT ANSWER. I WANT TO SUE HIM I COULD HAVE GOTTEN 35,000 DOLLAR IF I WOULD HAVE DONE THE JOB RIGHT BUT I WAS NOT THE ATTORNEY.

Answer

In that case you would need to pursue on theory of malpractice and breach of contract. Consider using a lawyer on contingency fee who handles malpractice claims who can make demand and sue. You can find such counsel in your area to retain on www.martindale.com
