Question

I have a situtation, where a builder has constructed a patio with little or no pitch. This patio is enclosed underneath with drywall and has no ventilation. The roofing material has areas where it has lifted causing "ridging". To compound the problem, there was a very unusal snow storm in the area (Las Vegas), and the snow remained for several days. The patio doesn't cover any living area, can condensation still cause this problem?

The roofing material that was used was a torch on applied material with a base sheet underneath

Being the roofing structure is covering an "unconditioned" space it should acclimate very quickly thus limiting any condensation problems. The non-venting is most likely the major issue and the upheaval is caused by the excess heat buildup.
