Question

After the flood, the instrument cluster lights go on and off all the time. The temp and tach gauges go too.The flood had caused the starter wires to burn and had them replaced. These are all the warning lights. What can it be?

Answer

Depending on how high the water level was and how long it was submerged, sound like the electrical connections in the instrument cluster are either corroded, dirty, or both. If you are very careful, you can remove the cluster and take a look at the cable connections, and clean them. But if the damage is internal, it may be a lost cause.

could it be control module too?

It is possible that it could be part of it, but start with the eaiest solution first, the ebcm is much more expensive than a few corroded wires, hope this helps.
