after completion of all cycles, we found that watrer drops in the dishes.

can i ask what kind of drying ajent are you useing? when the dishes are done are they hot?

we are testing without any detergent and drying agent. It is under testing in our workshop

without any drying ajent such as jet dry which is the best out there your dishes are gonna come out that way everytime

DearWilliam,

 

The machine problem is that at the warming cycle, the rinsing is happening. Therefore the dishes become wet. Moreover we have checked the the pump and heater it is working fine.

so its not finishing the cycle then the drying cycle is the last cycle to happen before it shuts off i beleive you have a control board issue
