Question

I have a 97 k1500 5.7. it idles fine, but when the accelrator is pushed it dies, troubleshooting leads me to the TPS, I have determined that I should be getting a 5vdc reference voltage at the TPS from the PCM. I am getting 1.0vdc. the next step in troubleshooting leads me to testing the wiring, and the correct voltage comming from the PCM. which plug and which pin on that plug should I be looking at?

Answer

Pins 13 and 14 appear to be the powers to the IAC. Connector 2 or the red connector contains these pins.
