246 Flow Rate, Secondary-air System, too low, Bank 2,
245 Flow Rate, Secondary-air System, too low, Bank 1

I chenge air Pump & valve & all O2sensor.
but lamp on.

I am already finished with exchange
Secondary Air Pump, Valve & All O2 Sensor,
However, the same cord still appears.

which valve did you replace? The vacuum actuator valve or the non-return valve?

 

Have you checked vacuum at the non-return valve when the ECM tries to activate the system?
