In order to get a speedy hearing, there had to be an accusation of physical or sexual abuse. He coached the child to say sexual but she has now recanted to the investigating officer. So I just want to make sure that she is there just in case it is still persued and she doesn't forfiet her defense. I can't find it on either calander call.
