When I had Legal Zoom incorporate my LLC they told me that Nevada or Delaware would save me money. Now I must pay delaware $ 250.00 per year and california $ 800.00 per year. There is now no reason to have a delaware LLC when I still must pay california each year also.

Accepted Answer

Yes, most certainly. At a minimum you can file Articles of Dissolution in Delaware and refile in California.
