Question

I live in an apartment complex and about 2 months ago the guy who lives across from me has started to act really strange. He yells out racial slurs (I am bi-racial), has called me a bad mother (2 yr old twin boy's were crying when I went to take a basket of cloths out to car) kicking his door and yelling cuss words out of it every time someone comes in and out. Myself and fiance would like the complex to move us to another apartment because we are afraid for us safety and our sons. They told us that they can't, and we would need wittnesses to this behavior. The couple that live above him has told us that he yells through the vents in his apartment into their all kinds of crazy stuff. We have called the police and they talked to him and us. He admitted to them that he does act like this and had no explaination except that our door is always be opened and shut. We both go to school fulltime and work so the door is open frequently. What can we do to get moved away from him?
