HI,

Are you using a desktop with a scroll mouse?

If so can you click Start, Control Panel then select classic view fromthe Left hand side of the page.

Next double click on Mouse and when it opens can you click on the Wheel tab.

From there can you make sure "The following number of lines at a time" is checked and then change the scroll value to 1 then hit Ok..

Let us know if that does not work.

Thanks

Eric
