I would suggest checking all the toenails to see if any are broken. If there is a broken one cutting it off at the break should resolve the problem but it will hurt a lot when you do that and may bleed a little. She will not like it but it will feel better afterwards.
She may have broken or cracked a bone and just be so good that if you move it she will let you hurt her with out crying out. It might even be a toe bone that is cracked.
It could also be a strained or torn muscle or a neck injury causing pain down her leg nerve.
I'd keep her quiet today and plan on seeing your vet when they open. An x-ray may tell you a lot. I would not suggest using any pain meds at home as most over the counter ones are not safe for dogs.
If she seems in excessive pain then you could see an emergency vet today for a check and pain meds etc. but that is usually far more costly than your regular vet would be to see.

Hope this helps you!
Excellent observations. If she is digging the front legs and nails are most likely not a problem in terms of breaks.
She could have an elbow issue or a pulled muscle but I'd expect a pulled muscle to make digging uncomfortable too.
It might just be a slight sprain she will get over or she could have hurt a joint that is slowly healing.
You might see if glucosamine will help her heal

Or you may just give her some more rest and time to see how she does.
I do have some resources for financial help in the UK if that would be of use to you.
If she is jumping like that she sounds like she is feeling better. It may be she got hurt jumping the gate previously?
If you found my answer helpful you can accept it and thanks!
Here is what I have for UK resources and I hope they can help you
