General equation is the following,
z-zo = fx(xo,yo)(x-xo) + fy(xo,yo)(y-yo)
where fx is the first partial derivative with respect to x and fy is the first partial derivative with respect to y,
fx = 4x^3 → fx(1,1) = 4
fy = 4y^3 → fy(1,1) = 4
Plug these in the above equation,
z - 2 = 4(x - 1) + 4(y - 1)
z - 2 = 4x - 4 + 4y - 4
4x + 4y - z = 6
