My hitachi digital camera has just stopped working and I dont know whether I need a new charger or battery. It wont charge or turn on. When plugging in the charger no light comes on. It was bought from Argos not quite 2 years ago and I cant find any other electricals shop that stock them to try another charger. Please help!!!

Thats what you have to do anyway, it plugs directly into the camera, but nothing happens. The charger light used to come on, but now nothing and the camera wont turn on

OK, wasnt sure because I didnt know the model number, some plug straight in, some dont.
OK, I would say you need to get a new charger.
If you want you can go to Hitachi or there mught be a cheaper one on ebay.
If you want, I can have a look for one, but youll need to give me the model number.
