I have a GE Front loading washer. Model number wcvh6600hww, I do not have the serial number. When the washer is started it clicks on and off and 50% of the time will not finish the load and the DE detergent is still in the detergent bay. The Machine was purchased Dec 31 2007

Some times it does and other times it doesn't.

No it is not. We press start, the "Door locked" light lights up then it will either stay locked and start the wash but will not finish leaving the soap in the tray, but like I said earlier sometimes it will finish the whole wash cycle completly and others it just stops. It is very irriatic

ok take off the lower fron access panel and check your drain pump for blockages there should be a cap on the drain pump just unscrew and see if anything is in there before you start unplug the washer then put back together and try it
