Question

I had my gall bladder out last July and ever since then I have trouble eating. I have pretty much had constant diarrhea. I have been experiencing a really dry mouth, super dry skin, headaches, chills, low grade fevers, and for the past few weeks, increasing confusion, shakiness, decreased urine output and dizziness. I drink a ton of water, I always have a water bottle with me that I am constantly drinking from. Lately the dry mouth has been affecting my job, making it impossible to talk or answer the phones, because people cannot understand me due to my dry mouth. I have been to my PCP and have been told that my vitals look fine and that they don't know what is wrong with me. I have checked out the signs and symptoms for dehydration on line and I seem to have everyone of the symptoms, yet my PCP hasn't checked a simple CBC to see if I am dehydrated. What can I do? Thanks
