Welcome to Just Answer
Can you describe these pimples in more detail?
Do they resemble bunches of cauliflower, or are they open sores, or blisters?
Have you had any unusual discharge form your penis?
DO these spots look as if you could pop them, or are they hard?
Did your previous partner ever have any similiar symptoms?
I await your response.
One more time to clarify, as I am a little misunderstood....are you saying that yes they do look like bunches of cauliflower, or just pimples?
Thanks and I sincerely appreciate your response!
Thank you for the additional information.
You do not have the typical symptoms of genital warts, or genital herpes,or another STD. This likely is not a serious condition. In fact, this is most likely a condition called folliculitis. It is a very common condition, although it may be embarrasing in sexual situations. This can be found anywhere on your body, and yes this includes the genitals. It is usually cause from ingrown, or infected hair follicles. It is not an STD, and usually doesn't require treatment other than a anti-bacterial cream. Furthermore, when you shower, you should use an antibacterial cream.
To be on the safe side, I do recommend you have your doctor take a look. If it is folliculitis, he will be able to tell with a quick glance, and send you on your way.
I wish you the best!
