We brought him back to Thresholds this afternoon, my wife forgot his meds and we need to go back this evening. He has not done well on any of the meds we have tried. He is very delusional, has side effects from the drugs, including severe acne, involuntary muscle movements in legs and feet, and cycles between manic episodes to depression several times in one day.

my question is fundamentally "are there any facilites where someone who is sick can get taken off current meds and started on new ones." He will be 19 on April 24 . We have power of attorney for medical and financial
