Hi,

You can try the following:

1 Restart your computer and repeatedly tap the F8 key (you need to press F8 before windows starts to load)

You should see a menu. Select Safe Mode from there and press Enter twice.

Once in safe mode, look for Admin account on the login page and click on it if found. In most cases, no password is set for the Admin account.

2 If the above fails, then you can use a free software PCLoginNow. To use it, you havee to :

a Download ISO files from here
b Burn the ISO file to CD
c Set the BIOS to boot from CD
d Insert the CD you burned and reboot your computer
e Use PCLoginNow to reset the password

I hope this will help

Thanks

Answer

Then please use the PCLoginNow to reset the password.

There is also a password reset service available which can reset your password:

http://loginrecovery.com/

There is a option of free service, but you will need to wait for 72 hours if you choose to use the free service. Please follow the steps (1-3) to know the password.

Info Request

There was no need for accepting the answer without testing it first.

You did not even test the second option I think.

I am sending a refund request for you. Please ask the customers support to revoke the negative feedback if you can

Info Request

To use PCLoginNow, you do not have to login to windows.

I am listing the steps once more:

a Download ISO files from here using a working computer
b Burn the ISO file to CD
c Set the BIOS to boot from CD on the affected computer
d Insert the CD you burned and reboot your computer (on the affected computer)
e Use PCLoginNow to reset the password

Once you boot from the CD you made, PCLoginNow will start automatically. and give you the option to reset your Vista password.

I have also listed a third option to use login recovery from

http://loginrecovery.com/

There is a option of free service, but you will need to wait for 72 hours if you choose to use the free service. Please follow the steps (1-3) to know the password

Anyway, I already sent a refund request. I think it will be processed soon.
