Folmar Jr. (slight difference in spelling), the North Carolina State Bar Member Directory does indeed show the licensure status as "suspended". If an attorney is engaged in the active practice of law under such circumstances, you should notify the North Carolina State Bar's Authorized Practice Committee as soon as possible.
