was it working before you replaced the filter?

No it wasn't working before we replaced the filter. We think the door was left open by someone while we were on vacation. They heard the beeping and didn't know that meant the door was open and then they adjusted the temperature.

Accepted Answer

ok so it sounds like the water resevoir may have froze. Open both doors to the refrigerator. Remove the bottom 2 crisper drawers. You will see a water resevoir in the back. Use a hair dryer to thaw out the water resevoir.
