HI,

diy is short for DO IT YOURSELF

The two component polyurethane foam insulation is what I am lookinf for not one component. The two component is a closed cell foam with superior insulation value.

I do npt need a large quanity. A D IY homeowner size possible in a two part container or aerosol. I have an area of approx. 100 square feet to insulate

Accepted Answer

site carries 2 part. Foam volume is measure in cubic feet not square feet. To get cubic feet, multiple your square footage ( 100) by thickness. 4 inches is .333, 6 inches is .50, 8 inches is .66, 10 inches is .83.
The site showed quart cans of part A and part B. The site will tell you how many cubic feet this makes. They probably have a disposable DYI mixer/injector.
