Answer

If there is a no contact order in place as a result of the prior assault, it is likely he will face additional charges for violating the court's order. The police will look for him, and arrest him for violating the not contact order, if they find him. If they do not locate him, the violation of the no contact order will be sent to the prosecutor and the judge, and the issue will be addressed at the next pretrial. The judge could revoke his bail, and hold him in jail until the matter is resolved.

Answer

If you informed them that he was there, then yes. Your identification will be the evidence upon which they will base the violation of the no contact order.

Accepted Answer

The DV non-criminal refers to a civil retraining order. Have you filed for such an order? If you no longer wish to have him restrained, you can request that the order be terminated. But you should think very carefully about this and be sure this is what you want before you do so.

I cannot tell you what to do in this situation. That's a decision you have to make for yourself.
