Answer

The probate of a will is supposed to be concluded as efficiently and quickly as possible. If all debts and other issues are taken care of, then she should ask the judge for an update and express her desire to close the probate with a final order from the judge due to all the issues being finalized other than the payout to her. This should not make a judge mad since the judge seems to have forgotten or is lax in her docket.
