Question

I am using quikbooks payroll. I have been using it with Micro Soft Office 2003, and it worked perfect with the report generator in Quickbooks and excell. I had to replace my 2003 MS office with the 2007 and now some of the reports in Quickbooks will not work. What can I do to get Quick to print these reports? Bert Pearson

Answer

Ok please try saving the excel workbook in 97-2003 format

You can do that by clicking the office button
Clicking save as
Then next to where it says "save as type"
Choose excel 97-2003 workbook

Test to see if you get the same error

Give me the exact method for getting to "clicking save as", then click save as, choose excel 97-2003. It still gave me same error, when I tried it.

Answer

Ok just in case you have anything on power saving mode please try this.

Shut down the computer completely. Do not use restart just completely shut down do this after loggin off do not do it while logged into the computer. Then turn the computer back on and re login.

Let me know if you still have the error and if the error changes at all.
