If you become a member of this organization they offer all kinds of information about what services, products, applications and business plans. There is alot more information in the website that pertains to the tub refinishing business as well. A specific section is about chip repair as well.

It would also serve you well to speak to other refinishers locally and get a feel for the market that your area provides.
