F2 - E0 Shorted keypad (also called touch pad)

you will have to replace the touchpad to fix the problem.

Can the oven still be used?

I don't think so because it shouldn't let you type anything in when it's displaying that error. If the touchpad is bad you can only get it to work again by replacing the touchpad.
