Hi,
If it lights then goes it out it is that the flame sensor is not sensing flame and returning that signal to the controller. This could be a grounding issue with the controller and can also be a polarity problem with the 24V on the controller.
Make sure you have a good solid ground between the burner rack and the control. Make sure the flame sensor is in the path of the flames and check your polarity on the control's 24V inputs.
Also, recheck all of your wiring which I'm sure you have already done before asking here, but just to verify that you have I need to ask.
Have you done anything that deviates from the written instructions to get it to work to this point ?
