I'm so glad you are willing to take action against this pet store. It kills me to see animals kept in such poor conditions especially when their parents likely live in poor conditions and are sold for such a rediculous price! I would definitely contact your local animal control and let them know that there are sick puppies being sold. THis is illegal to sell sick dogs. You should also contact the Better Business Bureau and possibly some of the larger organizations such as HSUS. Best of luck with your efforts.
