My power went off this morning and when it came back on my Kenmore Single Oven started beeping and flashing a F-1 error code on my Kenmore Model 47425. I pressed the clear/off button to reset and stopped momentary and started back beeping with F-1.

Try turning off the circuit breaker for a mew minutes and then back on. Let me know what happens.

I was afraid you would say that.
F1 indicates the clock controller is bad, especially if you had the power go out.
What likely happened is you had a power surge which caused this failure, I have seen it many times before. You may be able to get reimbursemnet from the electric company, but you will need to have a service tech come out and write up an estimate for you.
