Answer
I highly recommend taking her into the vet for a blood profile and possibly an xray to rule out an abdominal mass or possible obstruction. The blood work will help to rule out kidney disease, liver disease, or infection. After this length of time we are actually too deep into the issue to be able to pull her out of this with at home treatment. She will definitely need the bloodwork and will also likely need to be rehydrated with IV fluids. Injectable medications will also need to be given to help control symptoms since she is not currently able to hold medications down.
Please let me know if you decide to take her in.

When I took her to the vet they ran blood panel nothing was out of line, they did a radiograph no obsturctions were noted, they gave her a shot to counteract the vomiting, antibiotics for any infection, and meds for stomach, but as I said earlier nothing is working. Is there anything else this could be?
Accepted Answer
Here are a couple of things. A dog can still have an obstruction and not see it on xray. She can also have liver disease or pancreatitis and not see this on bloodwork. The most important issue right now is to get her into the vet where they can place her on IV fluids to help rehydrate her and give her injectable medications to stop the cycle.
She may actually benefit from having an abdominal ultrasound performed and possibly endoscopy if she isn't getting better. This will allow the vet to see if there is anything like enlarged lymph nodes in the abdomen, pancreatitis, or even thickened intestines suggestive of possible inflammatory bowel disease.
So, I would still want to rule out fungal infection, bacterial infection, pancreatitis, foreign body, abdominal mass, enlarged organs, intestinal lymphoma, inflammatory bowel disease.
Please let me know if further assistance is needed.
