A couple of simple thing you can check without the computer. Replace the spin on fuel filter. Be sure the battery connection are clean and tight and that the battery is in good shape. These engines require alot of battery power until they get going. I have on a couple of these found a film or debris over the end of the Crank Position sensor. You should be able to remove and clean it. That is the small sensor near the flywheel. If not getting a good signal engine cannot run.
