Hello XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, welcome to Just Answer.
Without a doubt, space tourism. Dennis Tito (first space tourist) paid a reported $20 million for his trip. Many company are now trying to offer that kind of ticket for $10,000, still very pricey.
Other than that, i think boxing thickets can go really high. It's probably the smallest front row of any sport among popular sport. Also, because the length of the show can be really short in case of a KO, they can't make much money from other derivative revenue of the event.
There is probably illegal stuff going on somewhere not that far from the movie Hostel that can cost a lot, but i could not tell you much about the arcane of the underworld.

I see, then i would say food ration ticket in a time of war. Money become worthless in that context and can't buy anything.

But if you had money you could buy it from someone. That is just cooruption! Correct?
Answer
Yes, if you see it that way, in a sense of buying it from a government official with let say "gold coins" as money.
The only ticket that money "can't" buy would be fictitious. Then it would be debatable to say that they are ticket at all as they would be in the world of ideas and we would enter a metaphysical debate :). Or they could exist, but only exist in the past (because they would be burned for example). But at that point we can still argue about their reality as much as fictitious ticket existing only in a novel.
