Answer

Tow teh car to a VW specialist. What has the current mechanic tested and confirmed. For example does the car have spark and fuel? Will the engine turn over at all?

What would you expect to pay a mechanic that couldn't fix it the first time around.. giving the fact that hes put some time into it?

Accepted Answer

1.5 to 2 hours labor max. That is if you are nice.
