Christopher, years ago you helped my father with a tax issue that concerned fraud. My father is a Madoff victim and has lost several million dollars. Can you help him and give him some guidance as to how best to request tax refunds going back rather than forward? He is 87 years old so we would much prefer to take the losses backwards rather than for 2008 and in the future. If so I'd like to have my father speak to you directly.
