A legitimate lottery is one that is run by a state agency and it does not require a credit card number.

This "win" is a scam to get your credit card information.

Here is the information that New York State has on PlasmaNet, Inc. You should send a copy of at least three of your emails with a letter complaining about the scam to their legal department (the address to which the DOS would mail service of process) with the full headers displayed (all the "pings" that the email made as it went from its sender to you); they may well be a legitimate corporation that is unaware of the use to which their name is being put.

Then ignore further emails telling you that you have won piles of money; they are scams. Legitimate lottery winners are notified and paid without a request for credit-card information.
