Thanks for your question. No they can't here as long as you maintain separate accounts. You also want to file married filing separately and otherwise keep everything separate. Anything in his name here is vulnerable to garnishment or attachment. Just keep your financial life separate and you 'll be fine here. They can't touch your wages or property in your name only.
