Question

I sold my computer recently and buyer asked me 2 copies of Bill of sale. I gave them as he requested. i did not keep any copy signed by him. are any legal issues with it (i mean giving 2 copies of bill of sale)?

Thanks for your question. You couldd ask the buyre if you have anaddress for a copy for your files. I doubt it is an issue here but a copy woudl deal with the issues if anything does. It is always good to have if you can get it. If you can't I wouldn't worry about it because theer really sin't much you can do about it if no name/address. But if you have it why not ask. Thanks for your question. You could ask the buyer if you have address for a copy for your files. I doubt it is an issue here but a copy wou;d deal with the issues if anything does. It is always good to have if you can get it. If you can't I wouldn't worry about it because there really isn't much you can do about it if no name/address. But if you have it why not ask. I do have the name and address of the person. i did contacted him for my copy. but that person is not responding. is it ok without having my copy? is there anything that i can be leagally fooled?

I don't see it as a problem here. I mean it was an used computer. Most people just keep any recepits in such a sale anyway. I wouldn't worry about it here as I think you will be fine without it..
