Rimadyl is a pain med and combining it with other pain meds is best only done if your vet agrees. You can call the ER clinic and see if they will advise using the tramadol but only the treating vet or your vet can tell you if this will be safe for your dog.
If you can find the spot on the leg that is sore you can try a cold pack on it (5 minutes on 15 off) to see if that will help him with pain and inflammation. Typically you use a towel over the cold pack so no tissue freezes.
Cold can work really well for pain issues like this and it won't have side effects like a med could. It may be enough to keep him comfortable until you can talk to your own vet about his problems.
If he had injections in a rear leg there is a nerve that runs down the leg that usually they are very careful to not hit with an injection but its possible it got irritated anyway if the injection produced some inflammation.

The problem is it is illegal for anyone to prescribe meds or a treatment plan for a dog that is not their patient.
As you know when the meds run out that may help your decision.
You can just call the e-clinic you went to and ask as they have seen your dog.
Pepcid is typically given with pain meds to help keep the stomach from trauma from the meds. You can read about pepcid here
http://www.petplace.com/drug-library/famotidine-pepcid/page1.aspx
and about reglan (Metoclopramide) here
http://www.petplace.com/drug-library/metoclopramide-hcl-reglan/page1.aspx
to see what they do.
I can give you the info for you to make a decision but your best bet for explicit directions is to call the clinic you had him at earlier this weekend.
