Hello donna-
Anti-mitrochondrial antibodies are found in autoimmune liver diseases, predominantly one called primary biliary cirrhosis- This usually causes elevation in the liver tests, especially the bilirubin, and eventually can lead to cirrhosis.
In your case, if your liver tests are normal, then you are not likely to have active or significant disease at present- It will need to be followed by a liver doctor, as there is medicine that may help.
As for your hepatitis B and C- I would also want to know what your viral loads are and hepatitis C genotype. This combination is somewhat complex and should certainly be managed by a specialist who treats viral hepatitis - like a liver specialist or an infectious diseases doctor. you may benefit from a liver biopsy to see if you actually have damage to your liver, even with normal "liver function tests" to help see if you would benefit from antiviral medicine, before you get progressive disease.
Good luck.
