Unfortunately, no vet is legally able to prescribe medication without doing a physical exam on your dog first.
If you would like to discuss your dog's case I would love to do that with you, but we won't be able to prescribe medication for you. I'll be on till about 6:45 p.m. EST and then again in the morning.

If the pills worked last time, sometimes a vet will prescribe more medication over the phone and this could save you a vet visit.
She does definitely need medication if she has another infection.
