Question Lawyer is taking my house,ON A BOGGIS JUDGEMENT "HELP"
Bless everyone,in a fight with a lawyer who,goes to the judges chambers and has judgements etc ok'ed without any notice to me till weeks or even months later and the marshals are knocking on the door .so far i have tried to fight him,but each time he has my filings tossed,but i never have any notice till he has already made his next move ,found out about a judgment for $30,000 4 months after the fact,them he filed a WRIT of Fieri Facias directing the marshal to sell my house .again no notice,just had his judge ok it.I only know about it because they put up a notice,so i filled cap 7 and now he is moving to get that tossed out .I need a cause of action to file that I can include a counter or cross claim to get him on the defensive and in front of a jury (not a judge as he knows most of them after 45+ years of PRACTICE.) and a "TRO "TO PROTECT Against my family AGAINST EVICTION, which encludes seniors and disabled persons,was thinking of a * Fraud upon the court * motion (no time limit ) and counter claim ???? any other help would be "GREAT "

if he gets that tossed,then he will move to evict us,if i have not filled an action with a counter claim and a " TRO "SO THANKS FOR ANY ALL HELP AND IDEAS .BLESS YOU ONE AND ALL

PS HIS PAPERS ALWAYS SAYS THAT THEY WERE MAILED PREPAID BY 1ST CLASS MAIL,BUT I NEVER GET ANY OF THEM,DON'T HE HAVE TO PROVE SERVICE IN SOME WAY ????

THE LAST THINGS I DID WAS ,Filled a motion to set aside(WHICH HE WENT TO A JUDGE AND HAD DISMISSED,WITH NO NOTICE TO ME,IN FACT EVERYTHING I DO HE HAS DISMISSED IN CHAMBERS,WITH NO NOTICE TO ME,TILL AFTER HIS NEXT MOVE ) )NEED TO FILE SOME SORT OF ACTION WITH A COUNTER CLAIM WITH TO GET TO THIS IN FRONT OF A JURY.,filed a complaint with the local bar,filled chap 7 (which he is trying to bounce )THIS WAS A BITE AND SWITCH,HE SAID HE WOULD CORRECT A TAX DEED LIEN (WRONG OWNER,ETC )AND COLLECT PAYMENT FROM THE PEOPLE WE SUED,AS HE ALREADY NEW WE HAD NO MONEY,JUST USE OF MY GRANDMOTHERS HOUSE SHE LEFT IN TRUST FOR HER GREAT GRAND KIDS,I;AM THE PROTECTOR " AND AUTHORIZED USER,NOW HE CLAIMS THAT I'AM HE TRUSTEE AND ATTACHED THE TRUST IN HIS JUDGEMENT .WHICH HE FILED WITH THE MARSHALS FOR THEM TO EVICT US AND SELL THE HOUSE,WILL PAY $30 OR EVEN MORE FOR ACTIONABLE ,AND USABLE INFO,BLESS YOU
