When you stop the pill then you will go into a withdrawal bleed as usual then a few months where your cycle will be erratic while it establishes your natural pattern. I would not suggest anything additional until you see what happens with your cycle. Often people go for some time without any periods or erratic spotting
.
If you start to suffer from symptoms then I would consider the use of Agnus Castus or Black Cohosh depending on the symptoms you experience. These are natural products and we still have little clinical research evidence regarding their use however many people find them of benefit leading up to menopause.
Aside from that, you should ensure that you eat a healthy balanced diet which is low in salt and saturated fats with plenty of fruit and vegetables.
To be honest, I think you are too young to start on Estroven unless you started to experience hot flushes or other symptoms. You may find, that aside from irregular bleeding, you will not experience any problems at all when stopping Yaz. I would opt for a 'wait and see' policy. Your own system should still be able to produce hormones for a while yet, unless your mother entered menopause at a very young age.
If you did start to experience hot flushes then Estroven is an excellent product and I would recommend it.
