Hi,
You have a corrupt operating sytem.

You have two options:-

1>If you reinstall your operating system(OS) you will loose all the photos on the drive you are installing the OS,most usually the C drive.Photos on all other drives will not be affected.

2>Better option is to take your computer to a hardware expert or to anyone with a bit of hardware knowledge who can open your computer and acess your harddisk.
The person will use your harddisk as a removable medium on his PC and can copy all your datas you need from your harddisk to a storage media(Cd or DVD)

You can always reinstall your OS latter but its a bit coplicated and lengthy.
