Info Request

Hi,
What error do you get??

What is Operating system??

Operating system is Windows X/P. The disk does not start automatically. I have gone to "my computer" and clicked on the Comcast disk Icon. The result is four "file folders" that are likewise unresponsive. I am resonably familiar with computers (since the '80's) but I'm baffled! Could the disk be defective?

My first answer should have been that I don't get an error message at all, just no response!

Accepted Answer

Hi,
Please try to open the folders in the CD by right clicking on the folders and selecting "Open" or "Explore" if you can open them that way that means your mouse speed is high otherwise your CD is defective you have to replace them from Comcast.
