Hi, I have a judgement against me, I already went to court once with an attorney a did an agreement, but I didn't pay, then a made another agreement with the attorney representing the credit union,because the judgement is for a car that was reposses, anyway I did not pay anything for this last agreement. now i received a letter from the attorney, he fiked a motion to the court to start taking money out of my pay check I don't know what is going to happen next will I have to go back to court,can I try to make another agreement with him or what are my options?. This is in New Jersey. Thanks

I am a NJ attorney. Given that you made agreement before, the attorney may not wish to enter into another, but if the terms are reasonable and you offer a good faith payment in connection with it, you may secure one which you should fully honor.
