when you say we have 2 problems do you mean that the problem with the power cutting down is still on going?
when you say starting problems do you mean does not fire or does not turn over.
when it is trying to fire what happens can you get it running or long starting time.
please give as much detail as possible please.

It stopped after I chaned the ECU, however yesterday it did it twice but a lot softer
Starting, when turning the key it cranks but does not start until the 2nd or 3rd time I try, sometimes I just have to keep the start position so it turns ans turns until it starts.
I get it to run but it takes a lot of turns of the engine to do it, the problems is that I think that the starter already begun suffering the effort
looking at compression and leak test of your engine it should start with no real problem.
could you please check the resistance of the engine temp sensor and the temperature when it was measured and come back to me please.
That will take me time, I checked it yesterday and it was just on the low end of the normal range. but I do not have the exact temperature in degrees
will just give you the reading so you can check them your self.
